RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Nazira Baby, we want happy customers every time, our processes are focused on providing you with quality products and service, but even if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly send you an exchange or refund during the useful life of your product. If you have any questions or concerns, simply email us, and follow our policy below.

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange, this is valid for any product of our Nazirababy brand.
  • Simply send us an email (info@nazirababy.com).

Please include the following in your email:

  • Name and direction
  • Order #
  • Brief description of the reason for the refund or exchange request
  • Style/Color/Size (if applicable) of what you would like to exchange

Your account will be credited within the next 10 to 15 business days after receipt of the returned products, we will initiate the refund to your credit card. (Or original payment method).

If the products are NOT available for exchange, you will be refunded (not including shipping costs).

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must return the Product to NAZIRABABY to receive a refund. Returned products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken, damaged, stained, dirty, etc.).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return in the original packaging.
  • The return authorization number must be included with the returned product.

This refund policy only applies if you purchased through www.nazirababy.com

Note: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on international shipping at this time.

Using our services and purchasing our products will mean that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use of this document. All products offered on our website may be created, compiled, delivered, or displayed by third-party websites, in which case they will be subject to their own terms and conditions. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
